Email Notifications

Upon receipt of an order, a confirmation email will be sent for your records. When your order is processed in our system you will receive another email with more details. Upon shipment, you will receive a final email with tracking and shipping information.

Returns

BrakeTechnique Inc. will accept the return of merchandise that is normally a stock item provided the material is received in resalable condition. A minimum restocking charge of $20.00, or 20% of the net invoice value of the material being returned, whichever is greater, will be required on all returned goods. Freight on returned goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted by BrakeTechnique Inc. Proper notification, and permission from BrakeTechnique Inc. personnel, must be obtained prior to returning any material.

Orders

BrakeTechnique Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any orders for merchandise based solely on the discretion of company personnel. Confirming orders must be marked confirming, otherwise, we will not be responsible for expenses and inconvenience caused through duplication of orders. All orders are subject to a $20.00 minimum billing amount.

Taxes

In addition to the purchase price of the products provided for herein, the purchaser shall pay the company the amount of any sales, use or other taxes now or hereafter imposed by any federal, state or local taxing authority upon or with the respect to sales purchase, shipment receipt or use of the goods.
